When I have yoga appointments, everyone can join, I adapt the teaching. The room is mostly about floor space, I have been in both offices and canteens - it works fine. Most people need stretching and relaxation, so that is the main focus. See prices below, contact me for enquiries.

Company consultations  can be a part of reducing sickness absence and increasing employee well-being, as there is a focus on how the simple employee can eat and live free from illness and pain and thereby more easily attend to his job. Payment can be made as a gross salary scheme so that the employees pay themselves or as an employee benefit as part of your health scheme. Everything is up to you.

Massage is offered in such a way that I come out to the workplace in allocated rooms and the employees in question come to me in shifts throughout the day. Price is given according to the scope of the individual task.
